May 2nd through May 6^th
8:30am-3:30pm at the front office.

Please bring a copy of: your child’s

Certified birth certificate, immunizations, and proof of address
(utility bill, rental agreement, etc).

Now is the perfect time to get caught up on Immunizations.

2011-2012 KINDERGARTENERS WILL BE VISITING THE CLASSROOMS AND PARENT CAN USE THIS TIME TO DO THE REGISTRATION.
