It's National Library Week and our librarian has a fun Book Tasting event planned. Students will sample 5-6 books in a 30-minute time frame and rate those books as well as answer questions about those books. When the 5 minute timer rings they will move to a new table to sample another new book in a different genre. So fun!

March Madness is over - and we're not talking about basketball! Sixth Grade teacher, Mrs. Hall, challenged her math class to see how many ALEKs topics they could complete during March. Shout out to Lincoln, (185 topics), Terrence (143 topics), Region (135 ), Jade (95 ), Adryan (75 ), Kristian (73 ), Aleena (61), Landen (58), Jazmin (58), and Evelyn (55). Wow! (For reference, we expect each student to complete 40 topics per quarter.)
